Delivery Costs
Non Mainland Addresses
Delivery Costs on our store are calculated for Mainland UK, in some cases if your delivery location is considered as “Remote” or “Highlands & Islands” There is usually an additional charge to delivery, due to the varying nature of delivery rates to these locations this needs to be priced on an individual basis.
In these cases we would advise contacting us prior to placing your order so that we may confirm your delivery cost.
International Orders
Delivery outside of Mainland UK Must be handled on a bespoke basis, Due to the varying rates for different countries.
In order to advise of the cost of delivery of your goods outside of Mainland UK please email us sales@essexrotary.co.uk

Reasonable Delivery Costs
Every effort will be made to ensure the delivery cost quoted for your international order is competitive, in some cases if available to us we will offer your multiple delivery options with varying rates and delivery time estimates.
Delivery of Goods
Here at Essex Rotary we are not just an online store, Please try to remember we also run our Workshop, So while every effort is made to process your order in a timely fashion, when parts are in stock.
Delivery Times for In stock items.
Typical processing times are 7 days. However In most cases please allow up to 28 days for delivery, unless otherwise stated in the item description such as special order items. 28 days is typically sufficient time for Essex Rotary Order in parts that are out of stock, If we suspect this process will take longer than the 28 days Essex Rotary will contact you to inform you of this delay. Please note that special order parts are excluded from our typical 28 day delivery expectation (Please see below)
14 Day Cooling Off Period
Once you receive your order you have fourteen days to decide if you wish to return it. However, providing the goods have been correctly supplied a 15% handling charge will apply, with the exception of any special order or made to order parts such as Wheels, Engines, Turbo Kits etc.and engines that made to order which are non-returnable.
The 14 days start from the day after the day that you receive the goods.
We will issue a refund equal to the value of the returned goods minus the handling charge stated above.
Order Cancellations
For orders that have been placed and the buyer wishes to cancel their order after all the processing has been carried out but, prior to shipping of your goods a 7% handling charge will be deducted from your refund total to cover processing and handling costs.
Special order or non returnable items cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed the supplier or manufacturer. If the order has not been confirmed with out supplier or manufacturer then the same 7% handling fee will apply.
Delivery of Special or Made to Order Items
In cases where your parts are special order or made to order, this is normally stated at the bottom of the products description.
Including but not limited to:
Exhaust systems
Exhaust systems
Induction or turbo kits
Nitrous Kits or Components
ECU’s (Engine Control or Management Systems)
Wheels and or Tyres
Final Drive Ring and Pinion Sets
Water/Methanol Injection Kits and Components
Etc.
Estimated delivery times can vary and the expected lead time is published as a guide only, Delivery may be faster however due to the nature of some of the items we offer for sale coming from outside the UK, delivery times may be longer in cases where delays are out of our direct control
For example your ordered parts are held for customs inspection or processing.
In all cases every effort is made to delivery your order in a timely manner as soon as is reaches us for packing and forward shipping on to the buyer.

Essex Rotary LTD cannot be held responsible nor are we liable for inconvenience, loss or damages incurred due directly or indirectly to any delay in the delivery of your order.
To ensure your order can be processed in a timely manner and without unnecessary delays please make sure your delivery address is accurate and contains all the relevant information required.

Availability and Accuracy of Pricing and Descriptions
Essex Rotary always try to make sure that the prices are accurate but errors may occur.
If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with (So please ensure they are up to date).
We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a reply within 28 days, we will treat the order as cancelled. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
Essex Rotary LTD aims to carry in stock the majority of items that are feature on the website, but due to the extensive nature of our range of car specific products, and the specialist nature of items, some items may become out of stock or are special order direct from the manufacturer. In the event of a delay in your order caused by an item being out of stock or specially ordered we will contact you by phone or e-mail to advise of the estimated delivery time, and in the case of specially ordered items we will confirm the deposit required. Some of our products are made to order and as such a time for manufacture is noted on the product page of the website. Payment for these goods is taken in full at the time of ordering.
Essex Rotary LTD may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so or we suspect the order to be fraudulent.
Essex Rotary LTD may change or discontinue the availability or description of products at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
Accuracy of Descriptions and Images
While every effort is made to ensure the information Images and descriptions published to our website are accurate, all size’s given on this site are approximate dimensions only due to tolerances in materials we cannot give exact dimensions of the products, images shown on this site may not always be an exact image of the item and only a likeness example.
Goods Warranty
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that Goods supplied by us to you are suitable for use in your vehicle, any such opinion will be based entirely upon information provided by you with no inspection undertaken by us. As such, all such information or opinion is for indicative purposes only and should be checked and confirmed by you prior to placing an order.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the stress placed on vehicles (whether performance/competition vehicles, road vehicles or vehicles or any other nature), and our inability to monitor and inspect the installation, modification and use of any Goods supplied by us to you, we give no warranty (whether express or implied) in relation to the Goods, apart from:
Any warranty contained in these conditions;
Any specific warranty expressly confirmed in writing by us at the time of the relevant Confirmation;
Any warranty provided by the manufacturer of any Goods we sell to you (in which case your rights shall be against the manufacturer and we shall bear no responsibility or liability to you arising out of or in connection with any claim thereunder).
Any potential Engine warranty claim from the supply of an engine unit will require the engine to be returned at the cost of the customer for inspection.
Essex Rotary LTD reserve the right to amend or change these Terms and Conditions and the sole descriptions of Essex Rotary LTD and without prior notice, warning or consent of any third party or buyer.
