By bidding or purchasing any of our products, you are entering into a legally binding contract, and are agreeing to the following terms:
 
Delivery
1. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an e-mail from us with confirmation together with a tracking number. If you do not receive this e-mail within 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please send an e-mail to sales@tier1online.co.uk
2. We will only deliver to addresses with a UK Postcode. Under no circumstances will we deliver outside of the UK.
3. Your order will normally be despatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of cleared funds. Please allow up to 10 days for a cheque to clear
4. Where payment is by credit card we will only deliver to the registered cardholders address
5. Delivery costs are additional (unless specified as “included” in the product description) and the amount you will pay is itemised in the product description

6. Upon conclusion of the auction or Buy It Now process you will be sent an e-mail with our Checkout instructions.
7. We only accept the payment methods as described within the product description

Non Paying Bidders (eBay only)
9. All auctions and Buy It Now purchases must complete the checkout process within 7 days to:
a) avoid the item being relisted
b) avoid an unpaid item strike from eBay
c) avoid negative feedback being left on your account
d) avoid any legal actions as a result of breaking this contract to purchase
 
General
10. You are wholly responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered and by placing your order and/or bid you are acknowledging the goods as being suitable.
11. Many of the photographs used are library images and we are therefore not responsible for any colour variances or style updates. We guarantee to send you the specification as advertised in the product description.
12. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
13. (a)Goods purchased for personal use; You have the right to change your mind within 8 calendar days of receipt of your order as per the Distance Selling Act 2000 providing you notify us in writing. If you wish to change your mind under the Distance Selling Act 2000 then you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 10% of the price paid for the item(s) shall be allocated to the delivery part of your order. This amount is non-refundable when goods are returned under the Distance Selling Act 2000.
(b)Tier 1 reserve the right at any stage during the order process to cancel and refund an order in full, without explanation.
 
14. Claims of damage to goods must be noted at the time of the delivery to the delivery person, and notified to Tier 1 Asset Management Ltd within 24 hours of delivery by sending an e-mail to sales@tier1online.co.uk. Failure to do so may render any claim invalid
 
Warranty, Returns & Technical Support
15. If upon receipt of your item(s) you believe there is a fault, in the first instance please refer to your confirmation of despatch e-mail which indicates what you should do for each of the manufacturers products we supply.
16. For Technical Support issues please also follow instructions as above
17. Where goods supplied are still under manufacturer’s warranty, then the buyer must exercise the warranty directly with the manufacturer/agent and not Tier 1 Asset Management Ltd
18. Where goods under warranty cannot be repaired they will be replaced by the manufacturer/agent and not Tier 1 Asset Management Ltd
19. If you have an item covered by a Tier 1 warranty then we are unable to accept the return of goods without prior authorisation. Upon authorisation, we will e-mail you with instructions for the return of goods.
20. Item(s) returned without prior authorisation may be refused upon delivery.
21. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure any item(s) authorised for return are sufficiently packaged. Where delivery back to Tier 1 is the responsibility of the buyer, we strongly recommend adequate insurance is in place.
22. If an item(s) is deemed faulty within 7 days of receipt, Tier 1 will collect. After 7 days responsibility of return passes to the buyer.
