Naturally upon delivery sometimes damages occur, therefore we ask that you check your Delivery before signing for it. Should the couriers not let you check your
Delivery, please make sure you sign for the delivery as damaged so you can be covered by the Couriers insurance. Couriers will not pay out on a claim once you have not SIGNED for a delivery as damaged.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not altered in any way, as well as including:

Accessories such as cables and remote controls
Certificates, manuals and warranty cards
Free gifts or bonus items
All items included in a bundle
