Postal delays are becoming less frequent, however it is not uncommon for post to arrive after the estimated delivery date
Royal Mail’s “reasonable time allowance” kindly requests to allow: UK: 10 working days, International: 20 working days from estimated delivery date for post to arrive
Once the “reasonable time allowance” has passed, we can request Royal Mail to investigate
If Royal Mail confirm they failed to deliver or attempted to deliver, we will offer to send again or process a refund
Recommended: use a delivery address where someone will be available to accept a delivery or leave Safe-Place instructions, as parcels will not fit through a regular letterbox

When post cannot be delivered, Royal Mail hold undelivered mail for 18 days
A “sorry we missed you” card is usually left but not always.
Therefore if a delivery is taking longer than estimated we recommend to contact the local sorting office to rule out that they are not holding it if a delivery wasn’t possible
Addressee is responsible for contacting their local Royal Mail sorting office in person or by phone to collect or arrange a free redelivery.
If orders are received back due to non-collection or incorrect delivery address, processing fees will be deducted from the refund
If an incorrect address has been used, please contact addressee to forward post or arrange a collection
Royal Mail set restrictions for claiming for missing post: UK 30 days, International 60 days
We can only claim for a refund or replacement within these times
