Our products are guaranteed against defective workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from purchase date. We offer a replacement part only warranty, not labour, providing the item has been fitted correctly by a competent person and not misused.
Items to be returned under warranty must be accompanied with a goods return form which is available by request from enquiries@agriandgarden.com. Returns are at the customers expense.
All damages or shortages must be notified to us within 3 working days of receipt as claims cannot be made after this period.
Agri and Garden shall not be liable for loss, injury or damage relating to any parts supplied by ourselves.
Goods remain the property of Agri and Garden until paid for in full.
Prices are shown in Sterling. We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification.

When ordering products from Agri and Garden for delivery outside of the EU you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges.
