As by opening an unopened / sealed vintage item, you have now altered the items integrity, condition and indeed market value. As a result, we will only refund 10% of the purchase price if you choose to open an unopened toy and then request to return it for a refund. This is to protect the integrity and originality of all vintage items that we sell. They are sold as collectable vintage items (see our full business returns policy for more on this matter). Namely all original boxes and or packaging must be returned along with the item, including the item It also falls into line with eBay's own Money Back Guarantee & eBay policy named "Item condition policy for returns".
