Yet they are telling us to be careful? I'm not sure how to remove all this tape without causing damage. Outside of the box was completely taped up. Inside the box, all taped up. Plant all taped up. There are far better ways to package up plants without all the tape, to keep them safe.

What I expected was a green palm, not the yellow one I received. After day 2 of having it, the newest leaves are browning out too. They don't respond. Waste of money. Don't buy from them. I've attached what I was supposed to get and what I did get. Unhealthy! I won't be doing business with them again. 85 dollars lost!
