We reserve the right to despatch all high value items over £25.00 by courier, registered or tracked delivery method which will require a signature - and any additional cost must be paid by the buyer.
Orders with a value exceeding £25.00 will only be shipped internationally to problem destinations if the additional cost of TRACKED POSTAGE is chosen and paid by the buyer.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where the buyer is unwilling to agree to this condition.
Goods returned with broken seals or damaged packaging cannot be re-sold as new (they must be re-sold as B stock) and are subject to a 10% charge (not including postage costs) as per Ebay policy which will be deducted from the refund to cover our loss. We only refund the return postage costs if the item is found to be faulty. We do not refund any postage costs for buyers who have changed their mind.
DUE TO THE INCREASE IN SCAMS
We now log all security numbers and security mark all high-value items. Anyone found scamming (returning items bought from other sellers) will be reported to the Police and Ebay. This will not affect genuine buyers in any way.
Unless otherwise indicated, all the products we sell are brand new and boxed.
Items faulty within 14 days will be treated as DOA (dead on arrival) and we will replace faulty goods for new, all delivery costs incurred in putting right a DOA item will be covered by Worldwide Music.
After 14 days the procedure is for goods to be returned to the manufacturer for repair under warranty, who in some instances may choose to replace the item rather than repair it, this is at the discretion of the manufacturer.
You must ship the goods back to us (or direct to the manufacturer to save time) at your own expense and we will then ensure the goods are repaired or replaced and sent back to you.
We aim to provide top quality service, and respond to queries as promptly as possible, if you have an urgent problem you can call us on 01843 294890 (9-5, Monday to Friday).
If you wish to purchase several items from our shop we will usually combine the delivery costs and make the combined cost cheaper than the sum of the individual delivery charges. Unfortunately Ebay does not always calculate this correctly, therefore when you come to checkout, if the delivery charge looks more than you would expect you should 'REQUEST TOTAL FROM SELLER'. Ebay will then notify us and we will work out the delivery cost and send you an invoice. In general we take the delivery cost for the largest item, and add the 'cost per additional item' for each of the smaller items.
For small parcels (up to around 2Kg in weight) we use Royal Mail Postal Services. For larger packages we use a courier service such as DPD or DPD Local.
Unless you order a large quantity of heavy/bulky items (exceeding 20Kg) the maximum delivery charge is normally £10.00. All the delivery prices listed in Ebay for courier service are for UK mainland ONLY and does NOT include the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
All items sent by Royal Mail are now tracked and scanned on the doorstep. Tracking involves an additional cost for items sent by Airmail. We are happy to send goods with 'Tracking' and/or 'Signed for' please request this service when making your purchase.
We endeavour to despatch goods within 1 day of receiving payment in full.
Our delivery costs reflect the cost of packaging materials, postage costs and transport to the Post Office. We believe our delivery charges are reasonable, if you are not happy with our delivery charges please do not make a purchase.
All purchases may be collected in person at no charge from our Margate Warehouse.
