The owners, Peter and Paula, are great communicators, reliable and honest. Paula is a world class packer of the most delicate objects imaginable. Paula just packed a nearly 70 year old Dinky Toy airplane with four tiny propellers in a box with a custom made foam insert that must have taken more than an hour just to fit the foam.
