All of our items are sent either by royal mail or by courier. We will always use the most cost effective postage option. Some listings offer special delivery overnight guaranteed, If you require guaranteed overnight delivery on a listing without this option, please email for details before completing your order.
 
*****INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE OPTIONS*****
 
Whilst we endeavour to give our international customers the same high level of service that our domestic customers receive, we are unable to guarantee Royal Mail Airmail postage times as this is also subject to local postal service regulations. When sending items to Europe it must be understood that postage can take up to 5 days to be delivered. When sending to the USA postage can take up to 10 days. For Asia and Australia please remember that on occasions we have found that it can take up to 3 weeks for items to be delivered. Please leave at least 3 weeks from the date of dispatch before contacting us to inform us of non delivery if you are located in Australia or New Zealand. PLEASE NOTE: Royal Mail Airmail IS NOT TRACKED so we are unable to tell you where your order is during transit. We can of course offer you a tracked service or an express courier service, if you are in need of the order faster than that quoted above, or want the peace of mind of a tracked service; please contact us for details and prices of the express services we can offer. We cannot be held responsible for late delivery of items if the tracked & express service offers are not take.

All of our products are inspected before leaving our premises to ensure they are of the highest standards. All damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the goods, Please check the condition of your order as soon as it is received even if your event is not for some time as we cannot accept damaged items for return outside this time. This does not affect the customers right to return the goods within 14 day but the damage must MUST be reported to us.

It is the customers responsibility to supply engraving text at the time of ordering. We prefer engraving text to be included with the checkout payment using the message box provided. IMPORTANT! Once you have entered your message please remember to click SAVE; if not we will not receive your message even though it may appear to have sent. We cannot be responsible for non receipt of messages, it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the message has been sent properly; the best way to check it has been sent is to check your Paypal transaction where there will be a copy of the message.
 
We endeavour to dispatch all items engraved but in the instance when engraving is not received we may not have time to contact customers to ask for engraving, especially at busy times!
