Warranty
 
All our products are consumables and are subject to wear and tear. For peace of mind we offer the following warranty:
1 One (2) year warranty on all products after the day you received the goods
2 When replacing a traditional fluorescent lamp for LED tube, this should only be carried out by a qualified electrical engineer.
3 LEDs (unless waterproof) are for INDOOR use only
4 All items (including light strips, Controllers, MR16s or G4 bulbs and etc…) which require the use of a transformer OR Regulator are excluded from the warranty scheme unless we supply the transformers/regulators (as other transformers may not be suitable and damage the goods)
5 LED strip is not covered if it has been stuck down and subsequently removed, as this will destroy the strip. If small sections of LED light strip fail, only the defective sections will be replaced.
6 Customer damaged/modified or overpowered items are excluded from the warranty scheme.
7 Items purchased and used in an application not designed for the bulbs are also excluded (household bulbs used on motor vehicles, bicycles, fish tanks, outdoor applications and etc)
8 Dimmable LED light used in the non LED dimmer are excluded from the warranty scheme
9 LED controllers used on non LED Hive products are excluded as they are not designed for use with competitor products.
10 LED GU10s used mixed with other non LED bulbs on the same switch are excluded from the warranty scheme
11 Any product purchased and used on non LED equipment is not cover i.e transformers used with non LED products and etc
12 Any items taken apart or tampered with and are not in the condition they were sent out in are excluded from any warranty
13 Please supply the following documents when you contact us to claim within the warranty period.

4. Original receipt and delivery note (if delivery note do not provide, we will use the receipt date for the starting date of the warranty period, Original receipt must provide)
