Combined Postage

When multiple purchases are made a postage discount is given whenever possible. Please request a total if this does not happen automatically in checkout.
Shipping
--------
UK: Royal Mail First/Second class unless otherwise stated.
Overseas: Royal Mail Airmail unless otherwise stated.
Items will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of cleared payment unless you are otherwise informed.
Normally items purchased and paid for after 1.00 pm will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email on the day of dispatch. Please be aware of this when leaving star ratings for dispatch time (particularly overseas) as it’s me you’re rating not Royal Mail’s delivery time! Delivery time varies but as an estimate:
To UK 1-4 working days, Europe 4-6 working days, ROW 7-10 working days.
Returns

I am happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item, but the buyer must cover the cost of return postage. A full refund of the original payment will be given on receipt, providing the item is in its original condition.
Lost /Damaged Items

I always obtain proof of postage for 1st/2nd class UK mail and Airmail overseas. Email me if you believe your item is lost, but please allow the appropriate number of days for delivery and for larger items also check that the item has not being held in the sorting office because you were out at the time of delivery. A calling card should be left by the Postal Service, but this doesn’t always happen! Please also email me in the first instance if your item is damaged in transit and retain the original packaging. I will claim compensation for lost or damaged items.
If you in any way unhappy with your item and/or you feel it is not as described , please contact me BEFORE leaving feedback. I will do my best to resolve the problem.
Non-Payment

As a buyer you have the right to change your mind about a purchase. Email me within 3 days and I will set up a mutual cancellation within Ebay and there will be no penalty to you as a buyer. If I haven’t had any contact after 2 days, you will receive a second invoice, followed by a payment reminder after 4 days. After 6 days a non payment resolution will be set up within Ebay, this being the only way my selling fees can be recovered. I don’t like doing these so please be in touch, I don’t mind at all if you’ve changed your mind!
