Delivery of your items:
If you pay by PayPal your parcel will normally be posted within 2 working days. If you pay via cheque or PayPal's eCheque your parcel will be posted when clearance has been approved, this takes approximately 5-10 working days. If you have not received your parcel within 15 working days of the dispatch notification please email us and if the parcel was sent 'signed for' (if the postal option was available when you made your purchase) we will do a track and trace on the parcel (Royal Mail's policy is that after 15 working days they consider the parcel as lost) if you did not choose this option and it was available then we cannot accept any claim for non delivery as you are assuming the risk.
Europe and Worldwide:
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and the size of the goods and customs. We post out to EU and other countries on the following basis for small packets (up to 2kg) by Royal Mail Air Mail Small Packets, we can either send them out signed for or with no signature (please see the postal delivery options available when you purchase an item), if the no signature service is selected we can provide you with Proof of Postage but we cannot accept any claim for non delivery as you are assuming the risk.
Manufacturers Warranty:
For all or any items that come with any manufacturer's warranty you will need to refer to the manufacturer for all or any warranty issues. We do not cover any goods or items for any warranty repair/refund or service what so ever.
