The Mass series muscle gainers are recommended for beginner and intermediate level athletes as easy-to-digest meal supplements for improved performance and gains. Mass 20 contains the proprietary protein blend Promax, a scientifically proven combination of whey protein concentrate and wheat protein isolate.
