Postage and Packing UK All items sent within the UK are post free. We use Royal Mail for most of our parcels. Either First Class, First Class Recorded, Special Delivery or Tracked services. All items are carefully packaged and are fully insured. Please allow 7 working days after despatch before contacting us for missing items. International Shipping We send our items using Royal Mail Standard Airmail, Airmail Signed For and Airmail Airsure services depending which part of the world you are in. These services are fully insured and delivery time is normally between 5-15 working days. Brazil and some other countries can take up to 30 working days to arrive Please be aware that it's the buyers responsibility to pay any taxes or import duties charged by your country. In the event of you not receiving your package (please allow 15 working days for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world after despatch before contacting us.
