Pallet Delivery for Large Items:
Depending on size and weight, large items may be delivered on a pallet. Pallet delivery is kerbside only. It is the customer s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery and transfer the item to their premises.
 
Driver Assistance with Pallet Deliveries:
For pallet deliveries, drivers from our associated pallet companies may, at their discretion and depending on their schedule, offer assistance in moving large items into the customer s property. Please note that this service is not guaranteed. Any help provided by the drivers is entirely at their discretion, and customers should be prepared to manage the item s transportation from the kerbside to their property themselves.
 
Quotation for Two-Person Delivery:
If you require a quotation for a two-person delivery service, kindly contact us before making a purchase.
 
Returns:
In the event you wish to return an item for any reason, it must be returned in its original packaging or an equivalent packaging that ensures the item s protection during transit. Whenever possible, the item will be collected on a designated day, during regular business hours between 8 am and 6 pm, with the requirement for someone to be present at the location. Alternatively, you may be asked to drop off the item at a nearby post office or delivery depot.

Please be advised that all items offered are old and previously used. They are listed in the condition in which we receive them. All items have been in storage, and it is important to note that they will require cleaning before use.

Disassembly and Reassembly:
