Payment: is preferred by PayPal immediately – We will ship items within 1 day after receiving cleared payment. The item will be cancelled if there is no payment within 2 days of purchase.
 
If you buy more than one item from separate listings, please contact the seller before payment. On some items we may be able to combine postage, but this will not apply to Free Postage items. We do refund overpayments where possible.
 
Shipping Times: We will ship all items usually within 24 hours of payment (Monday to Friday), BUT we are not responsible for postal delays in the UK or abroad. Please be patient in times of industrial action, however, as you will see from our feedback, we are very fast!
 
Packaging: All items come in an original bag, and then secured in a bubble wrapped envelope to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.
 
Delivery International: For international payments outside Europe, items are sent using Royal Mail Airmail. Within Europe, we use Royal Mail Small parcels. Estimated delivery: Varies for items sent from an international location. Sometimes additional delay will occur at your country's customs. Any custom/duty/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be familiar with your own government's policies and fees on items purchased and shipped from the UK. Please note that, as with all things, there is always the possibility of disruptions to deliveries beyond our control.
 
Undelivered Items: Where items are returned to us by Royal Mail or Courier because they have attempted to deliver and an item has then not been collected from the buyer’s local sorting office/courier depot, we will recharge post and packing to redeliver.
 
Refunds: We want you to feel confident about what you are buying from us and our aim is to describe and show pictures as accurate as possible. In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your item, we would ask you to contact us directly so that we can resolve any difficulty. All of our items comes with a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. Please contact us within 30 days of the receipt, if you wish to return any products. You will be responsible for the cost of return postage, which will not be refunded. Items must be in their original condition. Due to health and safety regulations this does not apply to earrings.
