ITEM DESCRIPTION.
All my items are new unless otherwise stated in sealed packaging. I use the manufactures description and pictures to list the products I have listed for sale.
If you feel the product is not as described,faulty or has a manufacturing defect please CONTACT ME first before leaving negative feedback.
I offer exceptional customer service and always happy to resolve any concerns to your full satisfaction but i can't assist you if I am unaware of a problem.
COLOUR, SIZE & QUALITY
COLOUR - Different computer monitors and cameras can depict different shades so please take this into consideration before you purchase.
QUALITY - Everybody opinion is different - i don't offer opinion on quality in my listings - I only describe the item as per the manufactures details and advise of the RRP.
SIZE - Is taken from the manufactures description or packaging of the product, every product may not be exactly to the MM so please allow for the manufacturing size tolerance.
POSTAGE
I offer a choice of postage costs to suit your needs so please select the service you require at checkout.
If you need the item quick/nextday please contact me or select the special delievry option as we can't be held responsible for items not received next day if the correct postage service is not selected.
All items over £30 will be sent out recorded delivery to ensure safe and timely arrival.
Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email to your private email address with the tracking number if applicable for your purchase.
The tracking number will also be entered on to the eBay sales record for your convenience so you can check the progress of your delivery.

International sales - Items will be sent out tracked delivery only,this is not the most cost effective way of postage but all enquiries can be resolved quickly by using this service.
Items returned back to sender for any reason will be refunded minus any postage costs.If you require the item to be resent I will require postage to be paid - THIS IS INCLUSIVE OF ITEMS THAT WERE FREE POSTAGE INITIALLY.
If you need your item ASAP or NEXT DAY please let me know so I can send it out special delivery, as first class recorded doesn't guarantee next day delivery.
I respectfully ask that if you decide to purchase please could you enter the address that you wish your purchase posting too into the checkout when completing the process
If you have changed or moved address or wish the item to be sent to another address for any reason please enter this into the eBay checkout and i will post to your required destination.
DISPATCH TIME
I dispatch items MONDAY TO FRIDAY and try to post most items out the same day if purchased and paid for before 3pm.
Items purchased after 3pm FRIDAY will be DISPATCHED MONDAY.
INTERNATIONAL SALES
All Electrical items are
1/ Fitted with Uk plugs.
2/ Meet all Uk standards.
3/ UK Volatge
When electrical items are purchased for the overseas market the items will be sent with UK fitting plugs.
It is the consumers responsibility to use the correct voltage / plug adaptor.
All alterations made to the appliance will invalidate the 60 Day warranty.
