Insurance claims for damage are usually too lengthy to be practical - in the majority of cases it makes more sense for items to be returned for repair or refund, but we ask that customers retain original packaging and take photos or other documentary evidence as requested. We may request that a damage claim be made through the shipping insurance, not Paypal. It can sometimes be necessary to service/calibrate synths after shipping.

We are wise to parts-swapping scams and take all necessary precautions to protect ourselves: if you open/unscrew the case of any item without our prior agreement, we will not accept return under any circumstance.
