General terms:
 
Delivery:
We are only able to deliver to the address specified on ebay.
We reserve the right to substitute the stated delivery method for any other method with an equal or faster estimated delivery timescale.
 
Colection: Collection is availiable Monday 9:15-5:15, Friday 9:15-5:15. If collection is selected the order must be collected within 3 working days unless special arrangements to the contrary have been made prior to purchase in writting. Where colection is not made made within this timescale we reserve the right to charge storage of £5 per pallet per day, this is due imediately and will be charged until such time that the item is collected or the sale is canceled (by either you or us).
 
Cancelations: Once an order is placed we will cancel it only under the following circumstances: it is a buy it now order and we view the cancelation request prior to the order being packed or postage booked. Please note this does not mean when you send the cancelation request as it may not be seen by our staff for some time. Auction bids/purchases will not be canceled.
 
Returns:
 
Where an item is collected(whether in person or by an agent, specifically including where a buyer has arranged their own courier) the buyer agrees that if the item is returned for any reason, the buyer(or buyers agent) will return the item and topclearance solutions ltd will not be liable for any expenses incured while doing so.
 
When an item needs to be returned for any reason the buyer agrees to repack the item(s) to the same specification they were originally delivered in and to attach any labels provided by top clearance solutions. The buyer also agrees to provide a two consecutive business day (monday-friday not including public holidays) window where they are availiabe from 8am-6pm at the collection location for the item to be collected. The buyer will recieve no compensation for any time/matierials required to prepare the item for collection or staying at the collection location during the collection window. Should the buyer not be able to comply with these conditions we reserve the right to charge an administration fee equal to £20 plus the cost of any alternative arangements requested due imediately and before any alternative arangements are booked.
 
Should a collection fail either because the item was not suitably packed or the buyer/item was not at the collection address during the collection window, the buyer agrees to pay a rebooking fee of £100 plus any additional charges imposed by the carrier. The rebooking fee is due imediately and must be paid before the return is rebooked
Defaulting:
Any buyer defaulting on payment of any due amount (The defaulter) shall also be liable to pay for all expenses incured in recoving the due amount including but not limited to any fees,charges or commissions payable by us as a result of refering the debt to a collection agency or law firm.
 
Statutory interest of 8% plus the bank of england base rate shal be due on all outstanding ballances from the due date until payment is recieved in full.
 
Auction specific terms:
All items must be paid for within 3 days unless special arangements hae been made. After such time an unpaid item case will be opened, should the sale be cancelled by way of the closing an unpaid item case the bidder agrees to pay a £25 charge to cover the storage of the item for another auction cycle. This will be due within 7 days of the cancelation.
