We strive to ship orders on the same day the orders are placed or the following business day.
 
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Packages will ship via First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Media Mail depending on the weight, size, and contents of the package. USPS Delivery Confirmation Number will be sent to you in your Ebay messages with all domestic orders. Any purchase $200.00 or more will be shipped with Signature Required Upon Delivery. We strive to ship every item we sell as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our facilities. The majority of domestic packages will arrive within 2-10 business days. It is a rare occurrence but occasionally packages will be lost. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but we cannot file a claim for a lost package until 30 days have passed. By purchasing an item from us, you agree to allow 30 days for your package to arrive.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship worldwide with USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International depending on the weight, size, and contents of the package. It is the buyer s responsibility to pay all extra fees associated with importing any items purchased from us. You will need to check with your local customs office to determine what taxes will be owed and whether you can legally import the item. It is important that you do this before you bid. We strive to ship every item we sell as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our facilities. The majority of airmail packages will arrive within 10-20 days. It is a rare occurrence but occasionally packages will be lost. We will work with you to resolve the issue. By purchasing an item from us, you agree to allow 45 days for your package to arrive.
 
STOCK STATUS: We are a Full-Time Brick and Mortar Hobby Shop. Inventory levels are subject to change based on in store and/or distributor stock levels!

If we shipped the wrong item to the customer will will make sure to provide a prepaid shipping label and ship the customer out the correct product.
Returned items that are eligible for returns are new and unopened items still in Manufacturers packaging, that can still be sold as new product.
Used items are not eligible for return. We inspect returns within 3 business days of arriving and determine if the item is eligible for return under these conditions for refund.
