Delivery / London Collection In Person N3 2HY/ Payment
 
Our usual carrier is APC/Royal Mail, though some orders may need to be diverted to other carriers,
for example due to size or weight restrictions.
Please ensure you specify the correct delivery address during checkout,
as address changes may not be accepted afterwards.
Orders paid before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Public Holidays) will be dispatched same day.
Where payment is by PayPal e-cheque, goods will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.
We regret that we are unable to dispatch orders at weekends or on UK Public Holidays.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you.
We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
This item is available for shipping within the United Kingdom and Mainland Only.
The carriers will require a signature for the goods at the delivery address, so somebody needs to be there between
9.00 am and 6.00pm on the day of delivery.
Deliveries are only made Monday to Friday.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but we are unable to guarantee delivery timescales.
Any delivery times quoted in the item descriptions are only guidelines and
more accurate dates will be given once your order has been processed.
We cannot be held responsible for items not being delivered
on time as sometime things beyond our control can mean delays.
Please bear this in mind if booking in tradesmen for installation,
or arranging days off work for expected delivery.
All items are shipped to the address you have provided via the checkout.
On larger goods such as baths, bathroom suites etc the courier driver may require someone to help.
Q - How long does delivery take
A - We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, but we are unable to guarantee delivery times.
Any delivery times quoted within the item descriptions are only guidelines and
more accurate dates will be given once your order has been processed.
Q - Can I combine more than one item under the same carriage charge?
A - Yes. If you are planning on buying more than one item from us and want to
combine them all under one carriage charge then please do not pay for the first item straight away.
Wait until you have won all the items you require then send us an email for us to
combine the shipping then you can pay for them all at the same time under the same payment.
This will mean you only pay one carriage charge.
If you pay for each item individually then you will pay carriage for each item.
Q - Can I collect?
A - Yes We do have collection facilities. Our post code N3 2HY for pick up in person

Immediate payment is required via PayPal.

Returns of Non-Faulty Items
 
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you can return an unused purchase to us within
14 days of the date you received the goods.
All items must reach us in original condition, complete with all parts,
instructions, accessories, covers, etc and with any seals, shrink wrap, packaging and labels intact.
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item,
but you are responsible for paying for the carriage of items back to us.
 
Returns of Faulty Items
 
If you have received a faulty item or a different item to the one you ordered,
please contact us for assistance.
 
Your Right to Cancel
 
We understand that sometimes you may not wish to keep goods purchased from us.
 
For this reason, under our returns policy you may return goods to us in their original

If you are a customer within the European Union, you also have the legal right to a cooling off period within
which you may withdraw from the purchase of an item.
 
Your cooling off period ends 14 working days after the day on which you receive the goods.
If goods have already been dispatched you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost.
