Verkoopvoorwaarden
1. You have the right to withdraw from purchasing - just contact me asking to cancel the order
 
2. Payment - I request payment be made by Paypal for the ease of a transaction, however I do accept personal cheques,+ E-cheques. However if you do pay by cheques your order will not be sent until the funds have cleared which could add a few days to your order
 
3. If payment is received prior to 11.00 am, I will post the same day. If payment is received after the cut-off time I will try to send but there is no guarantee
 
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT HAPPY - CONTACT ME.
 
4. Dress Your Nails will accept returns within 30 days of receiving an item providing notification has been received advising that you wish to return the item and the reason why.
 
Buyer pays return postage
 
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unused or altered in any way.
The item must be returned with all original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags etc and must be returned, along with any accessories included in the sale NO tags must be removed from any item
 
The returned item MUST be sent back to me within 14 days from when you "The Buyer" asks for a return and I have accepted it.
 
I do not use return postage labels however should the return postage be reimbursable, due to the “return” reason then I will include it in the “Refund Amount”
 
Dependant on reason for a “Request to Return” I may or may not accept it, I may ask you to keep the item, or dispose of the item and Not agree to a return but issue your refund – this will be completely due to the reason you have requested it.
 
Everything will be clearly agreed in messages on individual items to safeguard my buyer
 
Notification must be advised once you have posted the item back to me. I will give yuo a 'Returns Number" which you will need to put on the outside of the packaging. This enables me to deal with the Returns quickly - I will notify you upon receipt and A refund will be made within 3 days. I usually refund via Paypal
 
5. ROYAL MAILS DELIVERY INFORMATION
I hand all mail over to Royal Mail and get "proof of postage" on everything. I cannot control Royal Mails delivery time. I can estimate delivery time and Ebay estimates delivery times so please bear this in mind if you need something urgent. Pay for an upgrade to make sure - If things go wrong it is my responsibility to sort it out even though it is Royal Mails fault
 
6. LOST IN POST – NON ARRIVAL OF ORDER
 
If an item does not turn up in the post, I may offer a refund or replacement dependent on stock availability and of course your preference.
 
Refunds will only be issued after 14 working days from the date of expected delivery – this is because many items have been arriving after I have made the refund
 
I will require you to accept a Confirmation message, wherein you will confirm 'non receipt of order' and then send it back to me. It will also ask you to notify me if the order turns up after the refund has been made, but most importantly this will enable me to proceed with a Post Office claim
 
7. Message Response
 
I will reply your message normally within 48 hours However over weekends or holidays this may be a little longer. Please if you have not received a reply, can you message me again just in case it never came through or I have missed it for whatever reason.
 
8. My aim is to keep my customers 100% happy. If for ANY reason you are not happy with the product, you have received or my service, pleases contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. I am only human and I do occasionally make mistakes but will rectify them – just allow me the chance to resolve any issues that arise
 
Opening a case against a seller is there for when a seller does not attempt to either contact you or to resolve an issue - it is there for the Buyer so use it if necessary, however using it before contacting a seller in the first instance with a problem or giving the seller time to resolve issues is NOT FAIR
