PAYMENT
PayPal payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.
 
DELIVERY
Times specified for delivery are from date of dispatch and not date of order. Free delivery and any other optional shipping costs are only for the UK mainland excluding Northern Ireland, the islands and parts of the Scottish highlands. For delivery to these areas outside the UK mainland please contact us for a quote prior to making a purchase.  For express delivery services, orders and payment must be received by 1 p.m.  Next Day delivery excludes weekends and public holidays unless it is actually offered by a specific delivery option. Same day dispatch is not guaranteed although we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. The vast majority of orders are delivered within the period for the stated service e.g. 24 or 48 hours but we will not be held responsible for delays outside of our control e.g. bad weather, breakdowns, customs delays, carrier delays, the extremely busy Christmas period, incorrect address details, etc. Please ensure that there is someone at home to take receipt of the delivery. Many of our delivery services will require a signature on receipt. If there is no one at home then a card will normally be left advising you how to arrange collection. If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us then you will be liable for any re-delivery charges. If a shipment is lost due to you providing incorrect delivery address details then we will not be responsible for the loss. Upon receipt of your order, please take great care to check that it is correct. You must inform us by telephone or email of any defective, damaged or missing products within 48 hours.
 
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We ship worldwide and only accept PayPal payment from international customers. Shipping costs shown are only for the UK mainland. Many of the products we sell are in large boxes and shipping costs vary tremendously depending upon the country of destination. Please contact us by email for a shipping quote.
