CONDITION REPORTS - Please note that we do not know the history of our items. We try to describe the item condition accurately as we see it, however we cannot guarantee that there has not been professional restoration at some point in the past (unless specified otherwise in the description). All items are sold on the basis that they MAY have had professional restoration that does not detract from the appearance of the item now. Refunds will only be given for items that have chips, cracks, or other visible defects not included in the description. We strongly advise buyers to use the Pics as a guide to condition also.
 
PAYMENTS - Payment is expected within four days of the Auction End. After four days an unpaid item case will be opened in eBay, and after seven days the item will be relisted. Please contact us if there is going to be a delay in payment. Payments can be made by Cheque, Postal Order, or Paypal.
 
SHIPPING - We estimate our shipping costs as accurately as we can and quote these in the listing. Please contact us directly if you want to know about combined shipping costs, or cost to a non-specified country. Any import duty or taxes that may be liable are the sole responsibility of the buyer, but we will assist with paperwork whenever necessary. Please note that postage costs quoted for UK do not include the Scottish Highlands & Islands or any other UK area not on the mainland ... please ask for a quote prior to purchase.
 
PACKING – We always use strong boxes, polychips and bubble wrap and pack very carefully, which we hope is reflected in our feedback!
