WELCOME TO THE VALRON UK EBAY SHOP.
THE FOLLOWING ARE OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE FROM 20.3.2012
 
These terms and conditions apply to all items that you purchase through our eBay shop. Please read them carefully before ordering any goods from the shop. If you place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do not purchase from our shop.
 
1. General
 
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions at any time and without notice. The conditions displayed on our eBay shop at the time of placing an order will apply to your order.
 
You or Your refers to the person purchasing the goods whilst Our and We applies to Valron UK.
 
Any disputes arising from our terms and conditions will be settled in accordance with English Law.
 
2. Description of Goods.
 
We do our best to describe the goods accurately in the listing but you have to appreciate that all measurements are approximate and that colour in photographs may be different to the colour of the goods due to differences in computer settings, variations caused by photographic programmes etc.
 
Packing of the goods may differ from that shown in the listing due to manufacturers changing it or the product being sourced from a different manufacturer. We will not accept a return purely because the packaging is different provided the goods in the packaging are as advertised.
 
Certain goods are available in different colours and if we do not give a choice in the listing we will send the next available colour unless you have specifically requested a certain colour in which case we will do our best to provide that colour if stock is available.
 
3. Pricing.
 
In the rare event that the price of the item shown in the eBay listing is incorrect, we reserve the right not to accept the order and we will advise you as soon as possible of the mistake. You will have the option of having your payment returned or ordering at the correct price.
 
Prices include UK VAT where applicable but do not include post and packaging costs or any tax that may be imposed outside of the UK.
 
4. Payment.
 
Payment is accepted via PayPal which accepts all usual credit and debit cards if you do not have a PayPal account.
 
Payment is also accepted by cheque, postal order or cash. Please advise us at the time of purchase if this is your intended method of payment.
 
If payment is made by cheque, you must allow seven days from our receiving the cheque for it to be cleared.
 
5. Post and Packing Charges.
 
We will normally post your item within 1 – 2 working days from receipt of order. Items ordered on a Friday would normally be posted on the next Monday.
 
The item will be posted to the address provided either via eBay or via PayPal and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in that information. The goods will only be sent to the address provided by these organisations as the address of the buyer. In the event that you wish the item to be sent to another address you must advise us by email to valron.ltd@btinternet.com although we reserve the right not to send to that address if we have any concerns.
 
U.K. Addresses.
 
For items to be delivered to a UK address we will normally post by 2nd class post and the cost of this is shown in the listing. For items which have a high value we will normally quote for recorded delivery. In all cases we obtain a certificate of posting and for recorded we obtain a tracking number. If you wish your item to be sent via a different post to that which is listed and priced in the item listing, please contact us for price details.
 
Overseas Addresses.
 
For items to be delivered to an overseas address we will normally use air mail post and the cost of this is shown in the listing. Whilst we will obtain a certificate of posting, we do not accept responsibility for lost or missing items. You must request and pay for international signed for post which is tracked and has a tracking number. We would provide you with the tracking number so that you can monitor your item. In the event that your item is not delivered, we will provide you with a copy of the certificate for you to make a claim against the postal service in the appropriate country.
 
Overseas Taxes and Duties.
 
You are responsible for any taxes and duties that may be imposed by your Country upon your importing the goods. Our prices do not allow for any such costs. Where required by our authorities, we complete a customs information sheet and declare the cost of the goods on that sheet.
 
6. Return of Goods and Cancellation of Order by you.
 
Damaged Goods.
 
In the unlikely event your item is received broken or damaged, please make contact with us immediately upon receipt via our email address valron.ltd@btinternet.com explaining the problem. Please keep all packaging as the breakage may be the result of bad handling by the post office. We will advise you how to return the item and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. We will bear the postage costs of the return and replacement. Failure to contact us immediately may result in our not accepting a damaged or broken claim.
 
Cancellation of order.
 
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations an EU resident has the right to change their mind and cancel an order at any time within 7 days of receiving the item without having to give a reason. If you want to cancel an order you must contact us by email at valron.lt@btinternet.com advising that you wish to exercise this right and you must return the item to us in its original condition with all packaging intact at your expense. When we receive the item from you we will refund the purchase price provided that it is in a resaleable condition. In the event that we would not be able to resell due to the condition in which it was returned we reserve the right to refund only part of the purchase price.
 
For non-EU purchasers returns are at our discretion. If you wish to cancel an order and return an item please email us and explain why. If we accept a return, you are responsible for the postage costs of the return and it is at your risk.
 
7. Cancellation of an Order by Us.
 
We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund your payment in full in the event that:
 
we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order
 
you have not paid for the items in full within 5 days of ordering
 
we have a concern regarding the safe delivery of the goods if they are dispatched to your Country
 
matters that may arise which are outside of our control such as but not limited to strikes, riots, terrorism, industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
