My postal charges include all packaging, handling and insurance fees. We use Royal Mail as our main postal provider, but the actual service used may vary depending on a variety of factors. Should your order be urgent you will need to use special delivery service, this may cost more than quoted prices (please ask)
Delivery Schedule
You will receive an e-mail confirming the dispatch of your items, if not check with your eBay account for confirmation. We expect all UK deliveries to have arrived no later than 7 days after dispatch All European deliveries to have arrived no later than 14 days after dispatch All other destinations to have arrived no later than 28 days after dispatch Of course we do expect most deliveries to arrive much quicker than quoted but should yours be one of those that doesn't please e-mail us and we will attempt to trace it for you. Please note that some deliveries maybe at holiday times or other reason can take longer.
Non Delivery
In the event that a parcel is returned to us because Royal Mail or other courier was unable to deliver or not collected from the depot, then the customer must bear the cost of a redelivery.
New Items
In the unlikely event that your purchase isn't quite what you thought, simply send us an e-mail to let us know and pop it in the post to us unused and in its original packaging for a full refund. The cost of the return must be born by the recipient. All returns must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt and postmarked no later than 30 days after dispatch (45 days for Europe and 60 days for the Rest of the World)
Second-hand (sold as seen) Items
We will occasionally sell items as second-hand, these will always be described as so and we will offer no return policy on such items unless items are described incorrectly or that are faulty, any complaint should be notified to us immediately. If you do experience any problems please e-mail us in the first instance and I will endeavour to solve your problem.
We will leave FEEDBACK for all our customers once you have received and are happy with your items. Just leave us a positive to say they have arrived. Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting us first as most problems can be fixed easily.
