Order payment can be processed via PayPal.
 
Acceptance/completion of your order and the contract will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered.
 
Delivery
 
If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order prior to dispatch, please notify us as soon as possible.
 
It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is correct prior to dispatch. Bigjigs Toys will not be liable for lost/delayed parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been specified.
 
Adverse weather conditions, parcels lost/delayed in transit and other unforeseen circumstances may alter the above delivery timeframe estimates. There may also be a delay in delivery to far outreaching areas.
 
Returns & Cancellation Policy
 
Changed Your Mind?
 
Within 14 days*, tell us why you would like to return the product(s). You can notify us by sending us a message (we’ll reply within 24 hours with a Returns Authorisation). Return the product(s) in appropriate packaging, with all original pieces/product packaging and your Returns Form, within 28 days*.
 
If your order was delivered between 1st November and 24th December, tell us why you would like to return the product(s) by 17th January and return the product(s) by 31st January.
 
Your refund will be processed (inclusive of the original postage charge if the full order is returned) within 10 working days of us receiving your parcel. We can only refund back to your original chosen payment method. Return postage charges will not be refunded.
 
Return costs will depend upon the product(s) being returned (large or heavy products will incur delivery fees up to a maximum of £25).
 
We suggest that you retain proof of postage if you are returning product(s) to us. Bigjigs Toys cannot be held liable for returns lost in transit.
 
*The 14 and 28 day periods start the day that your parcel is ready for collection at your chosen collection point or delivery is attempted (with the parcel returned to the depot/sorting office awaiting your further instruction) or made to your chosen delivery address.
 
Defective or Damaged Product?
 
If a product has been damaged in transit or is defective, please contact us with an explanation and photograph of the damage or defect. We will investigate all damage or defect reports and will provide a refund or a replacement where possible.
