Pre-Ordered Items
Any items on pre-order will be shipped as soon as we receive them from manufacture.
Pre-Order products will state an expected delivery date in the product description; however, this may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you updated should any changes to the delivery date occur, and of course, you can request a refund at any point up to the dispatch date at which the normal returns policy will apply.
Please note that any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient.

Contract cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations

Colours

Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Website are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time.
The GBP price of a product displayed on the Website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction

Returns Procedure
When returning your order please contact us to receive the return information. Please include name and address with all returns or any other information so we can allocate the refund to you.

Refund policy
If you are unhappy, change your mind or find you don’t like a product. All you need to do is send it back for a full refund within 14 days. Don’t forget to include your name and address with all returns so we can allocate the product back to you.
Delivery charges
We charge reasonably for postage, Postage to the UK is listed as free. We don’t profit off delivery charges and remember we pay VAT and other costs on all delivery charges collected. When a product is returned for a refund the customer liable for return shipping costs.
If, for any reason, we do not have an item in stock or there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you with an expected delivery date and explanation.
