Shipping: we ship throughout Belgium for free using Taxipost. A tracking number will be sent to you by mail the day your package leaves our offices. We usually ship within 1 day after your item was purchased (except for weekends and bank holidays).

For our international customers: we’ll be glad to use registered mail with tracking for an additional 5 euro. (this option is made available at check out). We can only take full responsibility for your shipment when you chose to have a tracking number. If not, our responsibility stops as from the moment your packages leaves our offices.
