Payment should be made as soon as possible following the date of purchase so please contact us if you are unable to make payment within 3 days. If you are bidding on auction items and want to combine shipping you have up to 3 days from the purchase of the first item to qualify for any combined shipping offer. A full refund will be offered if we are notified that a purchased item is not suitable prior to shipping, in this case alternative items cannot be selected by the buyer.
 
We will post worldwide but we have excluded a small number of destinations do to delays and unreliability of their postal system. If your country is listed as excluded and you wish to bid for an item, please contact us as we may be able to allow you to bid on the understanding that you must pay for the "International Signed For" option.
 
UK Buyers: First Class packets are usually delivered within 2-3 working days. Only Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered by the next day, so please use Special Delivery if you need to have your item delivered by a specific date. Royal Mail state that items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date.
 
International Buyers: We use regular airmail for shipments where the buyer selects the "Standard International" option. Please note that this service can take anything between 3 and 25 days and there is no tracking available. For the "Express International" shipping option we use Royal Mail "International Signed For" or "Airsure". This service can usually be tracked on-line in the destination country and should be quicker than regular airmail, but this is not guaranteed. Royal Mail state that loss claims should not be submitted until after 20 days for items going to Europe and after 25 days for the rest of the world.
 
By paying for an item buyers therefore agree to allow the specified period of time for their item to arrive before claiming non-receipt.
