We comply with all Industry Standard Trading Rules in unison with our conditions listed below.
1.) If item has developed a fault a full refund or replacement is offered as long as the fault is reported within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2.) If item is received with a manufacturing fault a full refund or replacement is offered as long as the fault is reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
3.) For broken products that can't or aren't worth returning, a digital picture may required as proof.
4.) We understand that buyers may change their mind after receiving their product. If this is the case, request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. An exchange will be offered in most cases & all associated costs are to be paid by the buyer.
4.) All other complaints must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving the product in question.
5.) All returned products must be in the same condition & packaging as originally sent.
WHAT HAPPENS IF GOODS GO MISSING OR ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
FULL RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN BY US FOR:
1.) Any item that has gone missing in the post. (Please be patient as we investigate to make sure that the item hasn't just been delayed)
SHARED RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN BY US FOR:
1.) Any item that has clearly been damaged in transit unless of course, it's due to insufficient packaging, in which case we will accept full responsibility. Damaged goods must be reported within 2 days of receiving the product. This does not include international shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1.) Full responsibility will be taken by us for any item that goes missing that has been sent via Registered Post International.
2.) No responsibility will be taken by us for any item that goes missing, being sent via regular airmail.
3.) No responsibility will be taken by us for any item that has been damaged in transit when sent internationally.
FREIGHT RULES
Basic Common Sense Freight Rules
? If the product return is due to an item that does not meet our standard, the freight cost will be paid by us.
? If the product return is not due to any fault of ours, the freight cost will be met by the buyer.
Situations which may void a possible refund or exchange
1.) If any aspect of a sale has not been paid for by the customer, the Contract of Sale is considered ?not complete? & we therefore have no obligation to the sale under any aspect of our returns policy.
2.) No refunds or exchanges are offered on discounted or sale items.
3.) We reserve the right when making decisions on returns, refunds & compensation to redeem the cost of any discounts and/or free extras that the customer requested when making the original purchase. |
