Customer Satisfaction:
We work very hard to ensure our customer's satisfaction. If you are happy with your purchase please leave positive feedback, tell others and come again! However if you are not satisfied for whatever reason with your transaction please allow us a reasonable chance to resolve any issue that you may have. Your comments and criticism are always welcome.
We offer a 7 day returns policy on items on items not required, as after 7 days we will assume that the item is satisfactory and any requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for all return postage and packing charges at their expense.
For all faulty items on receipt you must inform us within 7 days via eBay messaging system only, where we will then advise of the returns procedure. Faulty items should be returned within 7 days of informing us of the fault at the buyers expense. Once received and confirmed the item is faulty we will refund or replace.
If an incorrect item has been received - one which has been sent in error we will cover minimal return costs usually second class if another method is used we will only cover the minimal cost of return.
Delivery:
Most items are shipped with Royal Mail or with a courier we reserve the right to change the mode of delivery depending on size and weight of the item. These postcodes may require an extra £8 for delivery this applies to items being sent via courier BT, IM, TR, JE, GY,IV, HS, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE
For all other countries the listing will state the specific country and the charge if the country is not listed then we will not be able to ship there.
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation and verification of your payment information, but we cannot guarantee any day or dates as this is up to Royal Mail or the courier used and we cannot personally be held responsible for the time they may take to deliver. Orders are SOMETIMES processed for shipment on weekends and holidays but will be processed on the next working day.
Most items are sent with Royal Mail however we have noticed on occasion if you are not in to receive it they will take the item to a local Royal Mail depot where it will be kept for 7 - 21 days awaiting collection before it is returned to us. more often than not royal mail are not leaving cards to inform people of this.
Pick ups are not allowed
Special Delivery or faster postage can be organised but this must be agreed before the purchase is completed.
We will only ship to the address stated and verified on the PayPal account, if you require your order to go elsewhere please add the address when payment is being made by PayPal, the option will be shown. Under no circumstances can we send to an address which has not been added and verified on your PayPal account. Please ensure all address changes are made before completing the purchase.
Once an order is placed it is a legally binding contract please do not place orders unless you wish to complete the transaction.

All unpaid orders will be pursued for payment 7 days after confirmation of the order is received.
