Returns accepted – items that are not personalised will be accepted if the item is returned to us within 14 days of purchase, providing it is unused & in re-saleable condition a refund/exchange will be given. You MUST contact us through eBay prior to returning your item for the address. Any items to return must include your eBay user id, address, phone number & the reason for return.
